Cregan Consulting partnered with Miami Grand Prix LLC, under CEO Richard Cregan, to deliver the inaugural Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.
We provided strategic motorsport advisory and established the organisational strategy, helping build a strong core leadership team to manage the venue and the event. Our support extended to recruitment and succession planning, ensuring the team was structured for both immediate delivery and long-term growth.
The first event was a sell-out success, and our guidance helped maintain ongoing high performance through 2024. The Miami Grand Prix has been recognised as one of Formula 1’s most commercially successful launches in the United States.
