Richard Cregan
Founder & CEO
Richard Cregan has spent four decades in motorsport, with the last fifteen years focused on the delivery and operation of Formula 1 Grands Prix at the highest level.
As CEO of Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management, he led the completion and launch of Yas Marina Circuit and delivered five consecutive sell-out Abu Dhabi Grands Prix, including the inaugural 2009 race, awarded Best Grand Prix of the Year.
He subsequently served as CEO for the Russian Grand Prix at Sochi Autodrom and the Miami Grand Prix, overseeing operational, commercial, and strategic delivery across both events.
Before moving into circuit and event operations, Richard spent 26 years with Toyota Motorsport GmbH in Cologne, progressing from mechanic to Team Manager of Toyota's Formula 1 programme.
Robert Cregan
Project Manager & Consultant
Robert Cregan leads project delivery and programme management at Cregan Consulting, working across Formula 1 circuit builds, promoter operations, and major motorsport venue projects.
His background spans 15 years in the sport. He began on track, competing professionally before moving into team management with Abu Dhabi Racing and Rasgaira Motorsport in the UAE, overseeing operations across multiple championship seasons including Formula 4 UAE. From there he moved into large-scale automotive event delivery, working with brands including Chevrolet, Peugeot, and Bentley across the Middle East and Europe.
He now focuses on the venue and infrastructure side of the business, bringing hands-on operational experience to complex, multi-stakeholder projects where alignment between ambition and delivery is critical.
